As an Admin, you can add users. If you receive the error message below when trying to add a user, this article can help you to troubleshoot.
E-mail addresses are unique identifiers for Rydoo's system. If you receive this error message, this means this e-mail address is already registered in Rydoo. There are a few things you can check:
- Go to the Admin > Users page, change the filter status to inactive, and search again using the user's email address.
- Check whether this e-mail address was not added as a secondary e-mail address. If this is the case, the secondary e-mail address will not then be deleted/changed.
- Check with the user whether the user has already registered a Rydoo account with this e-mail address (e.g. trial account). If this is the case, the wrongly registered account needs to be deleted. Contact us at hello@rydoo.com and provide us with the user's email address.
