Issue: Cannot delete a transaction, no delete option, or When users delete the transaction, it goes back after refreshing the page.
Workaround:
- If you are a user and can't see the delete button, please contact your finance team internally.

If you are an admin or finance, check the following:
- Admin > Roles > Personal > Transactions tab and set Allow delete to Yes.
- Admin > Payment Method > Look for the user's profile and ensure that the payment method is active.
If the same issue occurs after checking the settings above, kindly contact us at hello@rydoo.com and provide the following information:
- User's Full Name/Email Address
- Transaction ID or transaction details
- Transaction date
- Amount
- Currency
- User's payment method name
