Concern: Why I don't see CSV or XML formats? I have CSV and XML enabled in my profile but the option doesn't show when I export.
Answer: We sunsetted the CSV and XML file format due to low usage.
Workaround:
You have the option to download your reports in either Excel or PDF format. If you have SFTP or API access, you can also retrieve your expenses in XML format.
